How is the labor protection hanging rubber glove produced?
Specific process flow of labor protection glove dipping machine production line
1, preheat: after drying oven, preheat the grinding tool to 30℃-40℃.
2, into the mold: manual into the cotton inside (mold fingers up).
3, cooling: run for 1 minute, surface temperature 30℃.
4, anti-frame: into the anti-frame mechanism, automatic anti-frame (mold finger down)
5. Dipping: Enter the Dingqing rubber dipping tank, dip the whole dipping frame vertically down, and half dip into 45 degrees for 5 seconds.
6, drop: after dipping glue into the drop tank drop, in order to ensure the product thickness, weight uniformity, the drop section is equipped with an automatic vibration device, time 20 seconds. The whole period of dropping time: (1) According to the product thickness, weight, requirements: (2) the weather temperature of the day, (3) the viscosity of the glue, and other factors (use the transmission to control the speed of the roller chain)
7, dry and manic: into the drying box (vulcanization), the biological plant burner heating, drying box with a fan to do hot air circulation, temperature can be automatically controlled.
Low temperature section: temperature 62℃-98℃ time: 15 minutes, middle temperature section: temperature 92℃-113℃ time: 20 minutes, high temperature section: temperature 102℃-168℃ time: 15 minutes, total heating time: 50 minutes.
8. Cooling: After the product is vulcanized and dried, it comes out of the drying oven and enters the cooling period of the finished product for 8 minutes.
9. Demoulding: Manually remove the finished gloves.
10. Cooling: After demoulding, the mold enters the cooling section (air cooling), the time is 0.5 minutes, the mold temperature is 30-35℃.
The production line enters the cycle again at the end of one week (the whole process takes about 80-90 minutes).
